At BODEGA cooler, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion finds. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain in pristine condition during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
